Job Description:

Support documentation requirements for manufacturing activities. This includes creating or revising protocols and SOPs, formatting documents effectively, researching, tracking and logging process improvements and tracking and trending of operation metrics.

• Editing, writing and streamlining of manufacturing protocols, SOPs and other documents to support client or Internal procedures.
• Formatting documents and critical thinking of end user requirements.
• Initiate and execute change controls and capas and contributing to site metrics for timely issuance of procedures and closure dates for change controls and capas.
• Meet with stake holders on revision changes, facilitate meetings and communicate progress and issues to leadership.
• Research submissions for procedural process improvements and provide recommendations to leadership.
• Perform data entry and Track and Trend with basic analysis and report presentations

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Associates or Bachelor Degree desired
• Pharmaceutical Experience or other Regulated Industry desired
• Minimum 2 years of related experience required
• Working knowledge of MS office required
• Working knowledge of Tech Writing required
• Working knowledge of researching and compiling data required
• Strong organization and prioritization required
• Ability to work independently required
• Strong written and verbal communication required

Location: Spokane, WA - On Site, Full-Time

Shift: Weekday Days
