CNT a metals wholesaler, manufacturing and distribution company, is seeking a part-time highly organized and professional Administrative Assistant to provide direct support to the Owner. This position plays a key role in coordinating travel, managing events, supporting customer relations, and handling a variety of administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Duties and responsibilities
  • Coordinate and book hotel accommodations, flights, transportation, and restaurant reservations.
  • Arrange travel for internal team members, customers, vendors, and external guests.
  • Assist with customer and client vetting, including background research and gathering relevant information.
  • Plan and coordinate company events, customer meetings, luncheons, and special events.
  • Organize meeting logistics, agendas, and reservations.
  • Maintain calendars, schedules, and appointments.
  • Assist with correspondence, communications, and follow-up activities.
  • Coordinate catering and hospitality arrangements for meetings and visitors.
  • Perform general administrative and clerical duties as needed.

Qualifications
  • Previous administrative assistant, executive assistant, or office support experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational, attention to detail, and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and standard business software.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
  • Professional demeanor and strong customer service skills.
  • Experience coordinating travel and events is preferred.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Professional experience working with confidential and sensitive information
  • Ability to work in a multi-company, family-owned environment
  • Flexible to changes.
  • Fluent in Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Fluency in English, both written and oral
