Job Summary:
The HR Generalist is responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations at a unionized and non-unionized manufacturing facility, ensuring compliance with employment laws, HR policies, and collective bargaining agreements (CBA), where applicable. This role serves as a trusted HR partner to employees and supervisors, assisting with recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, and HR compliance. This role will serve as Generalist for both locations, Elkhart and North Liberty. What you will be doing
