Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated CNC Integrex Machinist to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will program, set up, and operate Mazak Integrex multi-tasking machines (combining turning and milling capabilities) to produce precision aerospace components. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced machinist who is passionate about quality, continuous improvement, and working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities
*Program, set up, and operate Mazak Integrex multi-tasking CNC machines with live tooling.
*Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications.
*Perform complex setups, tool selection, work holding, and operation sequencing.
*Troubleshoot machining issues and perform advanced problem-solving.
*Conduct in-process and final inspections using precision measuring tools and CMM.
*Develop and document reliable manufacturing processes.
*Maintain high standards of quality while holding extremely tight tolerances (< .0005').
*Collaborate effectively with team members to meet production goals.

Requirements (Must-Haves)
*Proven experience with Mazak Integrex or comparable Mill/Turn machines.
*Strong knowledge of Mazatrol and G-Code programming.
*Experience with live tooling CNC lathe operations.
*Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
*Aerospace machining experience with very close tolerances (< .0005').
*Strong mechanical aptitude and advanced inspection skills (micrometers, bore gauges, dial indicators, CMM, etc.).
*Positive team player with strong organizational and computer skills.

Preferred Qualifications
*10+ years of CNC machining experience in a close-tolerance environment (Aerospace preferred).
*Experience programming in Mastercam.
*Ability to perform complex setups and advanced troubleshooting independently.
*Experience running and setting up CMM programs.
*CNC Machining certification or formal training.
*Experience working with various materials, including plastics.
