Inside the Role The CEO Office is a key partner to the CEO both in operational and strategic matters and we are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team.Working hand-in-hand, the CEO Office team provides a well-organized and trusted back office that handles operational complexity, ensures continuity, and creates the environment for the CEO to focus on critical strategic and leadership topics. Through structured preparation, constant information flow with stakeholders across the organization, and disciplined coordination, the team ensures the CEO is consistently well informed and prepared, and positioned to engage effectively in every meeting and decision context. It supports priorities by reinforcing the company's strategic objectives through leadership and employee touch points and amplifying the CEO's voice throughout the organization. In parallel, the CEO Office represents and strengthens DTNA's position within the global Daimler Truck organization by ensuring alignment and high engagement with the Truck Office and Board of Management back offices. Through this dual role - acting as an amplifier across DTNA and being a trusted global counterpart - the CEO Office helps ensure that DTNA's priorities and perspective are well represented and effectively integrated within the broader Daimler Truck organization. The Executive Assistant supports these objectives by operating as a trusted business partner to the CEO and CEO Office, driving operational excellence, managing complexity, and enabling leadership effectiveness at the highest level. The Executive Assistant ensures seamless execution of day-to-day priorities while maintaining strong alignment across senior stakeholders, leadership forums, and global interfaces. This position handles preparation and planning for internal and external meetings, arranges detailed domestic and international travel plans, composes and prepares communications, and ensures appropriate preparation for each calendar item in close coordination with the Support Manager. This role requires a high level of confidentiality, organizational know-how and finesse, flexibility to assist with short notice requests, and ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.
