Responsibilities

Peraton is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Systems Integrator to provide programmatic coordination, scheduling, and documentation support for a critical Client technical training program. This role is responsible for coordinating technical operations candidate assessment and training activities while facilitating collaboration across the Client's Department and partner Department training organizations. The successful candidate will engage regularly with stakeholders, vendors, and training partners to support the development, execution, and continuous improvement of the Client's technical training program. The selected individual will oversee project planning, scheduling, tracking, and documentation to ensure program objectives, deliverables, and timelines are met. Responsibilities include coordinating stakeholders, monitoring project milestones, managing risks, and facilitating communication across multiple Departments, Branches, and external partners to support successful program delivery and candidate evaluation efforts. Due to the high visibility of the position and its involvement in complex, cross-organizational initiatives, the successful candidate must demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment. This role offers a high degree of autonomy and the opportunity to make meaningful contributions to mission success through the advancement of critical training and workforce development programs.

Key Responsibilities:

    Provide programmatic coordination, scheduling, and documentation support across all aspects of the Client's technical training and candidate assessment program
  • Support end-to-end planning, execution, and continuous improvement of technical training and workforce development activities
  • Develop, maintain, and track project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure timely execution of program objectives. Compile and report to management on recruiting metrics.
  • Monitor program performance, identify risks and issues, and support development of mitigation strategies
  • Coordinate and facilitate communication across multiple Departments, Branches, partner organizations, vendors, and stakeholders
  • Support candidate assessment activities to ensure alignment with mission and program requirements
  • Prepare, maintain, and distribute program documentation, status updates, and reports
  • Exercise strong initiative and a self-starter approach, proactively identifying issues and driving solutions to completion with minimal oversight
  • Adapt to a dynamic and evolving environment, adjusting priorities to support mission needs and program success
  • Support cross-organizational collaboration to enable effective delivery of complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives


Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, effectively, and diplomatically with Client personnel, contractor colleagues, and external partners
  • Experience with Client security vetting processes
  • 3-5 years of recruiting experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical operations, either in a hands-on role or in a support capacity
  • Proven ability to operate effectively with senior leadership and high-tempo stakeholders, including individuals with strong or assertive personalities
  • High level of discretion in handling sensitive program and organizational information
  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fluid, or loosely defined environments where requirements may not be explicitly provided
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to translate competing priorities into an executable plan
  • Demonstrated initiative and self-direction, with the ability to interpret intent, identify requirements, and execute tasks independently with limited guidance
  • Experience coordinating and deconflicting complex schedules for multiple stakeholders, often with short notice
  • Experience preparing materials for and presenting to senior-level review panels
  • Experience operating in constrained or resource-limited environments while maintaining performance standards
  • Experience drafting and managing communications such as cables or formal program correspondence
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook (calendar and email management), Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Willingness and ability to travel CONUS on short notice (within 7 days) up to 25% of the time

Desired Qualifications

  • Familiarity with technical trade certifications such as electrical, HVAC, carpentry, or plumbing
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies, tools, and techniques to support coordination, communication, and execution across teams
  • Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments with the ability to remain composed and effective under pressure

Experience and Education:

  • Prior customer experience.
  • TS/SCI with Poly
  • Min 8 years BS/BA, 6 years MS/MA, and 3 years PHD

Target Salary Range

$146,000 - $234,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
