Responsibilities Peraton is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Systems Integrator to provide programmatic coordination, scheduling, and documentation support for a critical Client technical training program. This role is responsible for coordinating technical operations candidate assessment and training activities while facilitating collaboration across the Client's Department and partner Department training organizations. The successful candidate will engage regularly with stakeholders, vendors, and training partners to support the development, execution, and continuous improvement of the Client's technical training program. The selected individual will oversee project planning, scheduling, tracking, and documentation to ensure program objectives, deliverables, and timelines are met. Responsibilities include coordinating stakeholders, monitoring project milestones, managing risks, and facilitating communication across multiple Departments, Branches, and external partners to support successful program delivery and candidate evaluation efforts. Due to the high visibility of the position and its involvement in complex, cross-organizational initiatives, the successful candidate must demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment. This role offers a high degree of autonomy and the opportunity to make meaningful contributions to mission success through the advancement of critical training and workforce development programs. Target Salary Range $146,000 - $234,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
