Overview The Donor Relations Coordinator (DRC) plays a key role in advancing the mission of The Salvation Army by acting as a Midlevel Gift Officer, cultivating strong donor relationships, driving strategic engagement, and supporting fundraising initiatives that benefit programs and corps across the Golden State Division. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Development and aligned with the Director of Development and Divisional Commander, this position is accountable for building a healthy donor pipeline, strengthening stewardship practices, and working toward measurable fundraising outcomes. The role also requires close collaboration with Corps Officers, program staff, and Donor Relations Directors (Major Gift officers) to ensure donors are connected to the mission in meaningful and sustainable ways.
