Job Description The Associate Underwriter II supports Farm Family agents, policyholders, and underwriters by applying risk-based analysis to underwrite and service business at a policy and account level. Associate Underwriters are expected to underwrite and, if required, process policies in a timely and accurate manner; they are held to established efficiency and quality standards. Advanced duties are assigned based upon state-specific experience in the role. This may include but is not limited to large agency assignments with challenging state specific requirements or specialized assignments that require above average knowledge. Have increased level of authority to make decisions to accept and/or reject. Employees in this role are required to accurately record all hours worked and submit timesheets in accordance with company policy. Overtime may be assigned as business needs dictate, and employees are expected to work overtime when required. This is a 100% in-office position. Candidates must be able to work on-site at a designated company office during standard business hours. Essential Responsibilities:

The base salary range provided below is for hires in those geographic areas only and will becommensuratewith candidate's experience. Pay ranges for candidates in other locations may differ based on the cost oflaborin that location Albany Pay Range: $35,000 - $45,000 PLEASE NOTE: Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
