We're hiring an HR Specialist responsible for data entry and payroll support within our HCM system at our Southeast Florida office location. You'll be tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and customer service focused. This role demands results-oriented thinking, quick problem-solving, and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity. What You'll Do:
- Audit timesheets and pay-related data, enter or update employee records
- Process retro pay adjustments as applicable
- Respond to and resolve pay inquiries in a timely manner
- Provide support for the fulfillment center attendance management process
- Complete case management software tickets (ServiceNow)
- Assist on data clean-up projects to prepare for system implementation
- Maintain data integrity across various HR systems
What You'll Need:
- Experience with Payroll, Benefits, or Wage and Hour support preferred
- Experience with Workday, Kronos, and/or ServiceNow is a bonus
- UKG Pro experience is a plus
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional customer service focus (internal and external), professional at all levels
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Self-motivated, positive attitude, flexible outlook, strong ethical values
- Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
Work Details:
Onsite role, 8:30am-5pm, hybrid schedule (3 days per week in office). Flexibility to work weekends as needed with corresponding weekday time off.
