HR Payroll Specialist

The Role:

We're hiring an HR Specialist responsible for data entry and payroll support within our HCM system at our Southeast Florida office location. You'll be tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and customer service focused. This role demands results-oriented thinking, quick problem-solving, and a commitment to data accuracy and integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Audit timesheets and pay-related data, enter or update employee records
• Process retro pay adjustments as applicable
• Respond to and resolve pay inquiries in a timely manner
• Provide support for the fulfillment center attendance management process
• Complete case management software tickets (ServiceNow)
• Assist on data clean-up projects to prepare for system implementation
• Maintain data integrity across various HR systems

What You'll Need:

• Experience with Payroll, Benefits, or Wage and Hour support preferred
• Experience with Workday, Kronos, and/or ServiceNow is a bonus
• UKG Pro experience is a plus
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional customer service focus (internal and external), professional at all levels
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• Self-motivated, positive attitude, flexible outlook, strong ethical values
• Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information

Work Details:

Onsite role, 8:30am-5pm, hybrid schedule (3 days per week in office). Flexibility to work weekends as needed with corresponding weekday time off. Southeast Florida location.
