To be considered for this role, you must:



  • Be authorized to work in the United States
  • Not require sponsorship of any kind for the duration of the assignment
  • Be able to work on a W-2 basis. C2C or 1099 is not permitted for this position
  • Have a valid and current Pharmacist's license for the State of Ohio
  • Be able to work the schedule of Monday - Friday, 5:45 PM - 1:45 AM


What You'll Do:

In this vital role, you will contribute significantly to patient health outcomes and elevate the customer experience by providing expert clinical services and fostering strong patient relationships. Your daily contributions will ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and company standards, while actively promoting a proactive approach to patient care.



  • Provide essential clinical services to patients, including immunizations (such as COVID-19 and flu shots) and Medication Therapy Management (MTM) interventions, always ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines and company policies.
  • Engage actively with customers and patients, offering assistance with products and services, resolving issues promptly, and answering questions to ensure a positive experience.
  • Model and share best practices in customer service with team members, focusing on interpersonal habits (e.g., greeting, eye contact, courtesy) and proactive service traits (e.g., offering help, identifying needs, ensuring satisfaction).
  • Cultivate strong relationships with patients by anticipating their needs and proactively offering relevant services and consultations.
  • Support initiatives to enhance the customer experience by emphasizing healthcare services like patient consultation, medication management, and drug therapy reviews, thereby advancing the pharmacy's role from transactional to interpersonal.
  • Ensure rigorous compliance with the Good Faith Dispensing policy and all state and federal controlled substance laws when filling prescriptions, taking ultimate responsibility for upholding these standards.
  • Maintain and enhance professional knowledge and skills in pharmacy and healthcare through continuous learning from industry journals, company publications, and communications.
  • Stay informed about developments in retail management and healthcare services, actively seeking best practices to improve performance.
  • Complete all necessary certifications, education credits, and internal training modules as assigned through company-provided programs.


What You'll Bring:

We are looking for a highly skilled and compassionate individual ready to contribute to a thriving healthcare environment.



  • A Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or a Pharmacist Degree from an accredited educational institution.
  • Current pharmacist licensure in the relevant state(s).
  • Certified Immunizer status.


The target hiring compensation range for this role is $32.44 - $36.04 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location
