About This Role
The Academic Program Specialist provides specialized administrative and operational support for the Office of Student Services within the Carl R. Ice College of Engineering. This position serves as a primary office contact and supports undergraduate academic processes, advising operations, student services initiatives, and departmental coordination while ensuring efficient office operations and high-quality service to students, faculty, staff, and external constituents. This position reports to the Lead Degree Analyst within the Office of Student Services. About Us The Carl R.
