In partnership with Client Relationship Management, Staffing Operations, and Recruitment, the Talent Coordinator will support consultants throughout the lifecycle of their assignment. This role is responsible for ensuring a positive consultant experience through onboarding support, quality check-ins, assignment tracking, performance follow-up, and ongoing communication. The Talent Coordinator will also provide secondary support for candidate interview preparation and debrief activities, assist with job postings, and provide administrative support to the Client Relationship Management team as needed. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Once a candidate receives an interview request, the Talent Coordinator may assist with candidate interview preparation by reviewing interview details, discussing the position, providing guidance on interview expectations, and ensuring the candidate is prepared for a successful interview experience.
- The Talent Coordinator may conduct candidate interview debriefs following interviews to gather feedback, document candidate insights, and communicate relevant information to the recruiting team.
- Upon offer acceptance, the Talent Coordinator will support onboarding activities by assisting candidates with onboarding requirements, communicating next steps, providing first-day instructions, and partnering with Staffing Operations to address onboarding-related questions or concerns.
- The Talent Coordinator will assume ongoing maintenance and support of consultants once they begin their assignment to ensure a positive engagement experience. This includes conducting quality check-ins on the first day, first week, and periodically throughout the assignment to assess consultant satisfaction, answer questions, and address concerns.
- The Talent Coordinator will monitor consultant assignment dates, track upcoming contract end dates, and proactively notify Recruiters and Client Relationship Managers of assignments approaching completion. The Talent Coordinator will also support assignment extensions, transitions, and offboarding activities as needed.
- The Talent Coordinator will document consultant interactions and assist in addressing consultant performance concerns. In partnership with the Client Relationship Manager and other internal stakeholders, the Talent Coordinator will help coordinate performance-related conversations, document feedback, and support improvement plans when appropriate.
- The Talent Coordinator will support consultant retention and engagement efforts by maintaining regular communication with consultants, identifying potential concerns, and escalating issues to the appropriate internal stakeholders to help ensure a positive assignment experience.
- The Talent Coordinator will assist with posting and maintaining job advertisements across approved recruiting platforms and provide administrative support to the Client Relationship Management and Recruitment teams as needed.
- In partnership with the Client Relationship Manager, the Talent Coordinator will support special projects, reporting, documentation, and other activities that contribute to successful consultant and client engagements.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Associate's degree, preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience:
- The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting coordination, human resources, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate documentation in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office applications preferred.
