OUC - The Reliable One, is presently seeking a Document Control Specialist to join the Legislative, Regulatory & Compliance division. We are looking for a detail driven, highly organized professional to control, maintain, and monitor compliance documents, records, and evidence for OUC's NERC Standards Compliance Office. This hybrid role requires on site work Tuesday through Thursday, with remote work on Monday and Friday as part of a 40 hour work week. In this role, you will coordinate periodic document reviews, manage evidence for NERC audits, support CIP access authorization, maintain compliance documentation workflows, and ensure the accuracy and integrity of all compliance records. This position is an excellent fit for someone who values continuous learning and is energized by the opportunity to develop deep expertise in NERC and CIP requirements through hands on work, thoughtful analysis, and collaboration with a highly technical team. You will also support CIP training activities, including managing the annual training cycle for approximately 200-250 employees, maintain the OUC Compliance website, and serve as the CIAC Committee Secretary by coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and recording minutes. Additionally, you will contribute to departmental communication efforts such as security awareness posters and compliance newsletters.
