Description

The Workforce Management analyst plays a key role in supporting the Patient Access Organization by monitoring staffing patterns, scheduling efficiency, and team utilization. This position is responsible for analyzing and accounting for non-productive staff time to ensure resources are aligned with patient demand and service expectations. The Workforce Management analyst is responsible for managing the centralized call out process and coordinating operational activities that supports an efficient operating model. By providing actionable data and recommendations, the Workforce Analyst helps leadership optimize workforce capacity, improve operational performance, and maintain high-quality patient access.

  • Demonstrates clear and professional verbal and written communication; able to explain complex data insights in a simple and actionable manner while maintaining a professional tone in all interactions.
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team while functioning independently, maintaining confidentiality in all assignments, and showing initiative in identifying and solving problems as they occur.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain composure when confronted by difficult situations and to respond professionally
  • Ability to establish cooperative working relationships with administrators, physicians, peers, and the public.
  • Skill in recognizing an emergency or high priority situation and taking appropriate and immediate action.
  • Effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with the ability to balance daily tasks. Skill to organize workflow to accomplish established objectives.
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to parse complex data sets and identify trends for executive decision making.
  • Demonstrates flexibility in a fast-paced, continuously changing environment, effectively leveraging available resources to address challenges in a proactive and results-driven manner.
  • Advanced Microsoft excel skills- proficient with SharePoint, PivotTables, graphs and reporting tools for workforce analysis.
  • Experience in generating detailed operational reports for insights and accuracy leveraging CCaaS platform tools and systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to creatively integrate competing demands of a multidisciplinary setting into a productive working environment.
  • At least 1 yr of experience in a healthcare setting or environment
