Job Responsibilities



  • Maintain a detailed understanding of the bank's policies and compliance programs such as complaints, social media, incentive plans, e-sign act, udaap, etc.
  • Work directly with line of business teams to implement into their process and procedures changes necessary to adhere to internal policies and compliance programs
  • Assist the Business Risk and Control Program Manager in producing reporting to highlight the status of implementation of certain initiatives and tracking of outstanding tasks
  • Interact with and influence business line staff in the implementation of certain procedures of processes to drive consistency in approach where appropriate across the bank
  • Maintain awareness of and adherence to Bank's compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasks
  • Deliver a consistent, high level of service within our Serving More standards
  • Other duties as assigned

Experience

In the financial services industry preferably in project/program management, risk management, compliance, internal audit, quality control/assurance, or an operations function.

Travel Requirements

Minimum travel expected.

Physical Requirements

This position must be able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time, constantly operate a computer, and be able to be in constant communication with coworkers.

Schedule

Typical office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. This position is fully remote.

Bachelors of Finance (preferred)
