POSITION: Commercial Deposit Specialist

The Treasury Management Consultant is responsible for selling Treasury Management solutions to clients and prospects and working with Commercial Lending Officers on treasury management service proposals in conjunction with commercial loan sales efforts.

Key Result Areas:

* Execute commercial deposit account onboarding and maintenance activities once CIP, KYC, CDD, legal entity documentation, and required business line approvals have been provided.

* Prepare, distribute, collect, and validate onboarding documentation including resolutions, signature cards, beneficial ownership forms, and formation and governance documents.

* Coordinate with customers to complete required signatures and documentation. Customer contact is limited to paperwork distribution, signatures, and clarification of documentation needs, not due diligence activities.

* Review submissions for completeness and alignment with legal entity structure, authority, and product requirements.

* Create customer, signer, and account records in DNA and complete accurate account setup in accordance with documented requirements, policies, and SLAs.

* Track onboarding requests from intake through completion in Salesforce and maintain complete and accurate documentation within required systems.

* Track and report outstanding documentation and exceptions and escalate to business line leadership when required.

* Partner with Deposit Operations, Treasury Management Operations, and Commercial partners to resolve documentation or indexing issues.

* Collaborate with Quality Control to resolve post-activation findings and ensure accuracy of records.

* Identify recurring documentation issues, risks, and process breakdowns and recommend improvements that strengthen controls and efficiency.

* Support technology enhancements and process improvement initiatives related to commercial deposit onboarding and maintenance.

* Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree, preferred.

* 3+ years of experience in commercial deposit account onboarding, treasury services, or deposit operations.

* Experience reviewing legal entity formation documents, resolutions, signer authority, and complex ownership structures.

* Working knowledge of treasury services such as ACH, wires, online banking, positive pay, escrow, and related documentation needs.

* Familiarity with CIP, KYC, CDD, beneficial ownership, and commercial deposit documentation requirements.

* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple onboarding requests while meeting deadlines.

* Proven ability to identify risks, inconsistencies, and documentation gaps and work with partners to resolve them. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.

Location: Hybrid/Waltham, MA Salary Range: $33.66 - $43.75/hr

The reasonably estimated salary for this role at Cambridge Savings Bank ranges from $33.66 - $43.75/hr. Cambridge Saving Bank will determine actual compensation for the role based on factors including, but not limited to, the successful candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
