Job Description As a Business Operations Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the Healthy Blue Care Together Compliance Program. You'll help keep critical operations running smoothly by managing data, tracking program performance, and ensuring alignment with regulatory and contractual requirements specific to North Carolina Medicaid. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and interested in healthcare compliance, regulatory oversight, and process improvement.Provide department, divisional and/or segment focused business and operational support to include operational planning, workforce planning, reporting, data and/or budget analysis, internal/external marketing, and special projects.
