The Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for partnering with operational leaders to develop both short-term and long-term hiring strategies, ensuring the organization can attract, engage, and retain top talent. This role will manage exempt and leadership searches and provide sourcing support for critical frontline positions. The TAP serves as a trusted business partner who analyzes hiring trends, develops talent pipelines, improves requisition health, and collaborates with leaders to achieve hiring goals. Responsibilities
- Partner with field and corporate leaders to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies that support both immediate hiring needs and long-term workforce planning objectives.
- Drive applicant flow and talent pipeline development across assigned business areas through sourcing strategies, community partnerships and other innovative recruiting channels.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by providing guidance on labor market conditions, sourcing approaches, candidate assessment, hiring best practices, and effective selection decisions.
- Lead exempt, leadership, and other strategic hiring efforts, including candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer consultation.
- Act as the primary liaison between candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders throughout the recruiting and onboarding process, ensuring a positive candidate experience and timely communication.
- Analyze recruiting metrics, labor market trends, and hiring activity to identify opportunities, improve hiring outcomes, and influence talent acquisition strategies.
- Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for critical, hard-to-fill, and future workforce needs.
- Establish and cultivate external partnerships with schools, workforce organizations, industry groups, and community organizations to strengthen talent attraction efforts and expand candidate reach.
- Maintain strong working relationships with leaders across all levels of the organization to understand business priorities, anticipate hiring needs, and provide consultative talent acquisition support.
- Participate in and lead Talent Acquisition projects, process improvements, and strategic initiatives that enhance recruiting effectiveness, operational efficiency, and the overall candidate experience.
- Support succession planning, internal mobility, and workforce development initiatives by partnering with leaders to identify and develop internal talent opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, HR management, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with talent acquisition and recruitment required.
- Experience with managing high volume job requisitions
- Experience with utilizing applicant tracking systems
- Has demonstrated experience with sourcing and job posting platforms
- Strong written, communication, and presentations skills
- Must be highly organized with a strong sense of urgency and personal accountability
- Ability to prioritize and multitask on hiring and other related projects
- Demonstrates ability to consult with clients about talent needs; designs and executes recruitment strategies around those needs.
- Ability to develop strong working relationships with leaders and peers within the organization both within and across geographic markets.
- Ability to utilize and analyze hiring related metrics
- Demonstrates experience with employment laws, regulations, etc., including EEO/AAP, etc.
- Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States
