National 4-H Council is seeking a Senior Coordinator, Learning to support the execution, delivery, and continuous improvement of learning initiatives that help advance the 4-H mission and prepare young people to be Beyond Ready for the future. As the Senior Coordinator, Learning, you will play a vital role in supporting both youth and adult learning initiatives by coordinating project plans, managing timelines, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and helping ensure the successful delivery of high-quality learning experiences. Working closely with learning leaders, internal teams, and external partners, you will support virtual and asynchronous learning programs, maintain learning platforms and resources, coordinate operational processes, and help drive continuous improvements that enhance learner engagement and program effectiveness across a national network. Position Summary The Senior Coordinator, Learning supports the execution, coordination, and continuous improvement of adult- and youth-focused learning initiatives across Council products. Reporting to the Senior Director, Product Development, this role is responsible for coordinating project plans, facilitating workflows, and ensuring the timely, high-quality delivery of learning content and experiences. This role supports both the Director, Adult Learning and Director, Youth Learning, translating strategic priorities into actionable plans by managing timelines, tracking deliverables, and coordinating across cross-functional teams and external partners. Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, this position ensures organized communication, efficient workflows, and a positive learner experience, while maintaining visibility into progress, risks, and operational needs across initiatives.
