Electrical / Electronic Superintendent

The Colorado River Municipal Water District (CRMWD) is seeking a qualified Electrical / Electronic Superintendent to lead and oversee the Districts Electrical and Electronics Divisions. This leadership role is responsible for planning, directing, organizing, and managing the daily operations of crews that maintain electrical control panels, motors, electric substations, power lines, mobile radio systems, and microwave communication equipment.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive supervisory experience and a strong background in electrical or electronic maintenance operations. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, coordinate personnel effectively, and ensure the reliability and performance of critical infrastructure. Previous experience supervising electrical or electronic projects is required.
