Founded by breast surgeon, innovator, and entrepreneurDr. David Weintritt, the Collective has spent more than a decade bringing together healthcare providers, nonprofit organizations, community leaders, philanthropic partners, and volunteers to remove barriers to care and improve outcomes for medically underserved communities. Today, the organization stands at an exciting point in its evolution. The role is intentionally designed to allow the Executive Director to focus on leadership, strategy, fundraising, and external relationships while partnering with an experienced Strategic Operations Lead responsible for operations, finance, technology, and organizational infrastructure.
