Honey Tree Preschool is actively hiring warm, dependable preschool teachers to join our Glenwood Springs team. We provide high-quality care for children from infants through pre-K in a nurturing, play-based environment. Our mission is to support each child’s social, emotional, and cognitive growth while partnering closely with families. We are looking for caring individuals who are excited to contribute to a collaborative classroom culture and help create meaningful learning experiences every day.

Who we want: Whether you have years of classroom experience or are beginning your career in early childhood education, we welcome applicants with an enthusiastic, patient, and growth-oriented approach. Prior ECE experience is beneficial but not required; we will provide on-the-job training and support you as you pursue credentials and professional development.

Compensation and benefits:

• Starting pay: $19 per hour for applicants with no prior experience; higher rates for candidates with relevant experience and qualifications.
• PTO including paid vacation, paid sick time, and paid holidays.

Additional details: We encourage bilingual (English/Spanish) applicants, as dual-language skills strengthen classroom communication and family engagement. Typical responsibilities include planning age-appropriate activities, supervising daily routines, documenting children’s progress, maintaining a safe and inclusive environment, and communicating with families.
