What You'll Do
As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you'll play a critical role in maximizing equipment reliability and supporting production operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Troubleshoot and repair electrical, instrumentation, and mechanical equipment issues.
* Install, service, maintain, and rebuild plant equipment and systems.
* Inspect and maintain buildings, grounds, and underground utilities.
* Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
* Ensure all maintenance work is completed safely and in accordance with life-critical procedures.
* Test and verify equipment performance before returning assets to production.
* Identify and communicate equipment concerns, abnormal conditions, and calibration issues.
* Maintain accurate work order documentation and follow maintenance planning processes.
* Support network (LAN) troubleshooting as needed.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
* Support safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives, including ISO and other management system requirements.

What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
* High School Diploma or GED.
* Minimum of 3 years of industrial maintenance experience.
* Mechanical, electrical, and fabrication skills.
* Experience working with PLCs and VFDs; preferred
* Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
* Ability to climb ladders and work at elevated heights.
* Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
* Ability to wear a respirator and work in confined spaces when required.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in a chemical manufacturing or process manufacturing environment.
* SAP experience
