Security Officer Access Monitor - Full Time

As a Security Officer Full Time Access Monitor in Lebanon, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. Join Allied Universal in a fast-paced logistics and distribution location, where you will help manage access control, monitor entry points, and support security-related operations through a visible presence and strong communication. You will conduct routine patrols, assist visitors and team members, and help to deter incidents while delivering customer service with integrity. Pay Rate: $16.33 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Monitor and control access to the location by verifying credentials, processing visitors, and/or checking incoming and outgoing vehicles in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report observations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, dock areas, warehouse spaces, and the perimeter, as assigned, to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Document daily activity, access records, and/or incident details with accuracy, and communicate relevant information during shift changes and with authorized personnel.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
