The University of Minnesota College of Veterinary Medicine (UMN-CVM) is seeking two board-certified or board-eligible Medical Oncologists (ACVIM or ECVIM) as part of a multi-position hiring initiative backed by significant institutional investment, allowing for immediate peer collaboration and cohort building. Position opportunities include full-time (100% appointment) or part-time faculty positions at the rank of Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor, contract (non-tenure, clinical) track. The salary and rank will be determined based on qualifications and experience. Exact effort allocations tied to the outlined responsibilities are negotiable, though it is expected that these will be clinically focused positions. Work will be completed on the St. Paul Campus at the University of Minnesota - Twin Cities. In-person work is required for the clinical component of the position at the Veterinary Medical Center, largely during traditional Monday - Friday daytime hours. Didactic teaching is also done in person, though other aspects of the role may warrant flexibility for hybrid work. Positions may be part-time or full-time. This position may be eligible for visa sponsorship.
