Project Engineer / Project Manager Experience

EBAD is looking for a seasoned Integrated Product Team Leader, Project Engineer, or Project Manager who has delivered complex hardware programs with direct cost and schedule ownership. You will lead day-to-day execution of critical aerospace and defense hardware, working the integrated plan, staying close to the team and production floor, and clearing obstacles to meet customer commitments.

• Own scope, cost, schedule, technical performance, risk, quality, and customer commitments for assigned hardware programs.
• Work the integrated schedule with the team and go to gemba to verify progress and clear roadblocks.
• Create clarity around one execution plan with visual management and cadence, driving accountability across engineering, operations, supply chain, and quality.
• Develop cost estimates and budgets and drive recovery of cost and schedule variances.
• Surface risks early, facilitate technical trade discussions, weigh business tradeoffs, and make or escalate cost and schedule decisions.
• Lead day-to-day customer execution discussions, aligning internal stakeholders on progress, risks, and recovery plans.
• Use structured problem solving to address root causes and reduce recurring firefighting.

• 10+ years leading complex development or production programs for aerospace, defense, or other highly engineered hardware, with direct cost and schedule ownership.
• Hands-on experience with cost estimates, budgets, integrated schedules, risk management, and variance recovery.
• Technical credibility to work through engineering challenges and turn decisions into executable plans.
• Demonstrated ability to lead across functions and communicate clearly with customers and senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, operations, or a related field; advanced degree a plus.
• Ability to obtain a Secret-level clearance and travel up to 20%.

The anticipated wage range for this position is $125,000- $155,000 per year. The salary range represents the range EBAD has established in good faith for this position and may vary based on qualifications, experience, education, skills, internal equity, and business needs.
