Essential Functions: * Ensure that all guests are treated with maximum courtesy and are served expeditiously and safely to the desire location within the Resort. * Maintain continuous liaison with management and the Ideal Services department to guarantee that guests are receiving quality services that exceed their expectations. * Be alert to potential problems and malfunctions of hospitality services and make on-the-spot corrections. * Able to speak clearly and concisely via two -way radio system. * Be involved in resolution of as many guests' complaints as possible. * Always providing excellent guest service with proper verbiage and guest interaction consistently. * Safe and courteous driving abilities of large vehicle. * Maintain cleanliness/maintenance of resort vehicles -ensuring management is aware of any maintenance needs in a timely manner. Tools and Equipment: * Van Operation * Radio/Walkie Talkie Working Environment: * Interior of hotel, in normal office conditions. * Exterior of hotel with exposure to weather conditions. Qualifications: * Able to sit, drive for a minimum of seven hours duration. * Must have a valid clean drivers license. * A valid Driver's License required. * Must be available to work flexible hours to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
