Short Description

Resident expert on creating and maintaining the Patient Experience.

Member of the Revenue Cycle and Geographic Hub leadership team. Works collaboratively with physicians, clinical staff and administrative leadership team within institutes and departments, including Health Care Access, call center, revenue cycle, quality, finance.

Manages and coordinates administrative and clinical services for five to eight physician office sites. Collaborates and maintains standardized work procedures and policies to improve efficiency and effectiveness across Institues in multiple ambulatory offices.
Responsible for the management of clinical and business operations of assigned geographical hub, including, but not limited to: delivery of clinical services, revenue cycle (from patient scheduling through charge capture and reimbursement for services), accounts payable, materials management, medical record compliance, software implementations, regulatory compliance, equipment maintenance, environment of care, and facility management.

Supports the strategic direction of the Vice President of Ambulatory Operations and the Institute's growth playbook by operationalizing new programs and growth initiatives.


Experience Required

3-5 years Healthcare experience. 1-3 years Leadership experience required.


Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree preferred.

Hourly Rate Min $45
Hourly Rate Max $78
