Facilities Maintenance Technician II

Performs all duties of the Facilities Maintenance Technician I with increased responsibility and independence. Troubleshoots and repairs building systems, coordinates vendor services, manages key control functions, and responds to maintenance requests. Works under moderate supervision.

EDUCATION:

High School Diploma or equivalent.

CERTIFICATION:

Complete OSHA 30 General Industry Safety certification within six (6) months of hire.

EXPERIENCE:

Five (5) years of experience in basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC and building maintenance.
