About the Role

Key Responsibilities



  • Drive operational excellence, business management, budget and resource planning, executive communications, and organizational effectiveness for a senior leadership office.
  • Execute strategic program initiatives, coordinating projects and providing essential business operations support.
  • Manage budget tracking, purchase order processes, and resource allocation to ensure financial integrity and efficient use of assets.
  • Develop and deliver high-impact executive presentations, leadership communications, and all-hands content to support organizational messaging and engagement.
  • Coordinate internal rotational development programs and support team events and logistics, fostering a collaborative and engaged team culture.
  • Partner with stakeholders across various organizational functions to drive operational priorities and ensure alignment.
  • Lead the rebuilding and ongoing maintenance of a central resource site, ensuring team resources, documentation, and collateral are well-organized and easily accessible.
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects, track deliverables, and continuously improve team processes to enhance overall efficiency.
  • Provide comprehensive operational support to help the organization run efficiently and achieve its strategic goals.


Required Qualifications



  • 5-7 years of experience in business operations, program management, or similar roles.
  • Demonstrated strong budget management, purchase order, and financial tracking experience.
  • Proven experience in developing executive communications and presentations.
  • Ability to effectively work with and influence stakeholders across multiple teams.
  • Strong capability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A track record of working independently and quickly adapting to new environments and challenges.


Nice-to-Have Qualifications



  • Prior experience within a large-scale technology organization.
  • Extensive experience creating executive presentations, leadership communications, and all-hands content for senior audiences.
  • Experience with central resource site creation, maintenance, and content management.
  • Experience supporting executives, leadership teams, or senior leadership offices.
  • Proven ability to coordinate team events, employee engagement programs, and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance multiple projects while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
  • A strong sense of curiosity, learning agility, and a proactive willingness to learn new tools and processes.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and quickly contribute with minimal training.
