Are you ready to be at the heart of cutting-edge operations? We are seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on problem-solver to join a pivotal team, directly influencing the efficiency and stability of mission-critical real-time systems. In this role, you will apply your expertise to meticulously capture, document, and enhance technical workflows that underpin live operations, making a direct and tangible impact on the success of groundbreaking solutions in a secure, fast-paced operational environment.

Key Responsibilities



  • Shadow and meticulously document live operational workflows, dependencies, and system interactions.
  • Map complex technical processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional Operations, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Engineering teams to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
  • Draft clear, concise process documentation and actionable improvement recommendations.
  • Communicate technical findings and recommendations effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.


Operational Requirements



  • Five days per week.
  • Overnight shift: 11:00 PM-7:30 AM.
  • The weekly schedule will include at least one weekend day.
  • Candidates must be able to pass a background check for access to a secure facility.
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.


Must-Have Qualifications



  • Strong technical documentation and analytical capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration across teams.
  • Prior hands-on experience in at least two of the following areas:

    • Windows workstation support.
    • Real-time operations or command-center environments.
    • TCP/IP networking or systems administration.
    • Web application or infrastructure troubleshooting.


  • Ability to work in a secure facility (background check required).


Nice-to-Have Qualifications



  • Experience in a NOC/SOC/Operations Center or equivalent 24/7 support environment.
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools, cloud diagnostics, or automation platforms.
  • Comfort collaborating effectively with technical infrastructure teams.
  • 7+ years of relevant technical experience.
