We think it's really special to be a part of our patient's health journey and create incredible memories while providing world-class patient care. Offer Based on Years of Experience What You Need to Know The Market Development Manager (MDM) is an entry-level sales leadership position designed to support, develop, and strengthen the performance of our field sales organization. This role serves as an extension of the sales team, providing hands-on support, coaching, and market coverage to ensure continued growth and referral source engagement across assigned territories. As a Market Development Manager, you will partner closely with Account Executives and sales leadership to optimize territory performance. You will assist with routing strategies, call planning, and sales execution while helping maintain referral relationships when sales team members are on PTO, leave of absence, or otherwise unavailable. Your ability to step into the field and represent the organization ensures continuity of service and sustained business development efforts. The MDM role goes beyond territory coverage. This position serves as an additional resource and subject matter expert who can help sales team members expand their effectiveness with key referral sources, specialty diagnoses, and targeted call points. Not every sales professional has the same experience across all aspects of healthcare sales, and the MDM provides coaching, mentorship, and field support to help elevate performance and drive stronger results. In addition, the Market Development Manager plays a critical role in supporting service initiatives and ensuring that investments in value-added programs produce measurable returns. You will work collaboratively with sales team members and leaders to evaluate opportunities, maximize return on investment, and ensure resources are aligned with business growth objectives. This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated sales professional looking to develop leadership skills while making a direct impact on market growth. Successful MDMs are relationship builders, strategic thinkers, and team-oriented professionals who enjoy coaching others, solving challenges, and helping sales teams exceed their goals.
