Position: TEAM UP Deputy Research Director Department: TEAM UP Scaling and Sustainability Center Location: Boston, MA Schedule: 40 hours per week, Hybrid POSITION SUMMARY: Serves as the operational and strategic leader for a multi-site research initiative within the TEAM UP Center under the administrative direction of the Executive Director. Oversees execution of complex research projects by directing daily operational workflows, sustaining inter-institutional site partnerships, facilitating advisory bodies, ensuring institutional regulatory compliance, and managing fiscal allocations. Supervises the work of project staff to ensure project deliverables, milestones, and strategic aims are achieved across participating institutions. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT: The TEAM UP Center equips primary care practices to integrate behavioral health services to ensure all children and youth have access to care. TEAM UP does this through a Learning Community that combines clinical training with practice transformation support, coupled with an evaluation arm to advance the evidence base for integrated behavioral health care through rigorous mixed methods research. Compensation Range: $83,000.00- $120,500.00This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications. However, our approach to determining base pay is comprehensive, and a broad range of factors is considered when making an offer.
