Are you a seasoned technical recruiter passionate about connecting top talent with groundbreaking opportunities? In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in shaping our workforce by identifying, attracting, and securing the brightest minds in technology. Your expertise will directly influence the growth and success of our critical business initiatives, making a tangible impact on our products and the services we deliver to our clients.

Primary Responsibilities



  • Recruit and develop comprehensive talent acquisition strategies, processes, and capabilities to support various business verticals.
  • Partner closely with stakeholders and Human Resources to secure top-tier talent for challenging-to-fill roles across all organizational levels.
  • Design and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies, manage the full lifecycle recruiting process, and lead in-depth intake meetings with hiring managers to ensure clear alignment on position requirements, impact, and expectations, while offering valuable market insights and education.
  • Identify optimal online sourcing channels, organize targeted industry outreach events to attract high-quality candidates, and meticulously assess candidate quality, skills, and cultural fit for various positions.


Must-Have Qualifications



  • Proven experience as a technical recruiter, with a strong understanding of technology recruiting.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence hiring managers and drive recruitment processes forward efficiently.
  • A track record of increased levels of responsibility in previous recruiting roles.
  • Extensive experience in developing effective talent acquisition strategies.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Superior telephone and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of labor markets and talent pools.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
