Key Responsibilities: As a Senior HR Manager, you will...
- Shape and deliver the people strategy for our Specialty Surfactants business across talent, organizational development, employee relations, culture, change management and more
- Work as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, helping to translate business priorities into practical people strategies that strengthen organizational capability, enable growth, and support a high-performing culture aligned with Arkema values
- Report directly to the CEO and President of the business, with a matrix reporting relationship to the Sr. Director of HR Business Partners, while overseeing HR strategy and execution for Specialty Surfactants in the US, HR oversight to China, consultative support to Brazil, with broader global involvement as needed

- Bachelor's degree with at least 8 years of progressive HR experience supporting and partnering with a business, preferably in a global organization
- At least 3 years of experience leading, coaching, and developing a team
- Demonstrated experience leading projects and change, using workforce analytics, and knowledge of employment laws, compliance, and risk management
- Manufacturing industry, labor relations and/or union experience is a plus!
- Ability to travel regionally and internationally up to 30%
