L'opportunite Highspring est a la recherche d'un(e) Analyste en Assurance Qualite (QA) pour se joindre a une equipe responsable de la qualite des canaux numeriques dans le cadre d'un important projet de refonte et de migration d'un site Web. Cette personne evoluera au sein d'un environnement Agile dynamique ou les livraisons sont frequentes et ou la qualite est integree a chaque etape du cycle de developpement. Le mandat consiste a assurer la qualite des composantes Web, API et backend tout en contribuant a l'amelioration continue des pratiques QA. Environnement d'equipe Equipe Agile multidisciplinaire d'environ 15 personnes. Collaboration avec des analystes d'affaires, developpeurs, responsables produit et specialistes QA. Equipe QA composee d'analystes QA et de ressources SDET. Environnement a haut volume de livraisons. Modele de travail hybride avec des journees regulieres de collaboration en presentiel. Ce que vous ferez Analyser les exigences d'affaires et techniques afin d'elaborer des strategies de tests adaptees. Concevoir, executer et maintenir des scenarios de tests manuels et automatises. Effectuer des validations sur des applications Web, des API ainsi que des systemes backend. Participer aux activites de qualite liees a un programme de refonte et de migration Web. Realiser les tests dans les environnements d'edition de contenu et de publication lorsque requis. Collaborer etroitement avec les developpeurs, analystes et parties prenantes afin d'identifier rapidement les risques de qualite. Appliquer les principes Shift-Left tout au long du cycle de developpement logiciel. Identifier, documenter et assurer le suivi des anomalies. Maintenir les donnees de tests ainsi que les actifs QA sous controle de version. Participer a l'amelioration continue des processus, outils et pratiques QA. Faire preuve d'autonomie, d'initiative et d'adaptabilite dans un contexte de livraison rapide. Ce que vous apportez a l'equipe Plus de 5 ans d'experience en assurance qualite, idealement. Solides capacites d'analyse et de resolution de problemes. Grande rigueur et souci du detail. Approche proactive et capacite a travailler de facon autonome. Excellentes aptitudes de communication et de collaboration. Experience dans des equipes Agile. Maitrise du francais et de l'anglais. Capacite a evoluer dans un environnement ou les priorites changent rapidement. Experience avec les CMS (systemes de gestion de contenu) : un atout, particulierement avec Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Competences essentielles Forte experience en tests Web. Experience concrete dans la conception et l'execution de strategies de tests manuels et automatises. Experience en tests d'API et de services backend. Bonne comprehension des concepts : TDD (Test-Driven Development) BDD (Behavior-Driven Development) CI/CD Shift-Left Testing Experience avec certains des outils suivants : Cypress Selenium 4 Postman REST Assured Appium Detox Cucumber/Gherkin Connaissances des outils : Git GitHub Docker Datadog Notre environnement technologique Tests et automatisation Cypress Selenium 4 Postman REST Assured Appium Detox Cucumber/Gherkin Developpement et livraison Git GitHub Docker Datadog Pipelines CI/CD Plateformes Applications Web API Services backend Sites Web bases sur un CMS Atouts consideres Experience avec des sites Web construits sur un CMS.
