As a Security Guard Patrol Driver in Canyon Lake, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As a Patrol Officer at a residential community, you will conduct routine vehicle and bicycle patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, and respond to security-related concerns with professionalism. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, community policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout residential common areas, amenities, streets, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, vendor, and resident activity in accordance with site-specific procedures.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate contacts and/or emergency services as directed.
• Document patrol observations, incidents, and security-related activities accurately and promptly in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific reporting procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least two years of security-related experience are required.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Must be able to ride a bike.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
