The SOC Trust Services Program Manager is responsible for managing, maintaining and supporting applicable US Contract Logistics sites with regards to SOC Compliance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead all SOC compliance activities across all US Contract Logistics sites.
• Serve as the bridge between technical teams and auditors, translating complex control implementations into clear, structured compliance narratives.
• Coordinate with independent external auditors and internal compliance stakeholders to manage all SOC activities to throughout the lifecycle with the client from planning and evidence collection through execution, reporting, and continuous improvement.
• Own end-to-end delivery of SOC audit engagements, managing scope, timelines, evidence collection, auditor coordination, and report issuance to achieve clean opinions on schedule.
• Drive the SOC control lifecycle, evaluating new controls for onboarding, managing material control changes, coordinating remediation of findings, and maintaining evidence baseline packages for cross-program reuse.
• Develop deep technical understanding of the site's control environment, including infrastructure security, change management, access controls, encryption, and physical security, and translate that understanding into compliance narratives auditors can rely on.
• Streamline SOC evidence collection, consolidating overlapping auditor requests across programs, and investing in automation and self-service evidence mechanisms.
• Monitor evolving audit standards and industry frameworks and proactively assess impact on the network control environment and reporting obligations.
• Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership with clarity and precision, including assessment progress, remediation tracking, and strategic roadmap updates.
• Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Internal Security, Compliance, Engineering, and Legal teams to ensure SOC alignment across the compliance portfolio.
• Train the organization on SOC Compliance requirements
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures or other communicated rules and/or regulations.
• Perform all additional duties assigned by the Senior Manager Quality - US Contract Logistics.

Required Skills & Competencies

• 4 to 7 years' experience of warehouse operations, manufacturing, or third party logistics.

• 3+ years of experience in SOC compliance, Security, Compliance Consulting (advisory capacity) in support of a highly technical environment.
• 3+ years of experience performing and/or participating in technical assessments in direct support of a major compliance effort (e.g., SOC 1, SOC 2, other)

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Auditing, MIS, Informatics, or a related field or equivalent work experience.

Language Skills:

• English & Spanish (reading, writing, verbal) is highly preferable. Strong communication skills are essential.

Mathematical Skills:

• Medium to High

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Professional Designations:

• SOC compliance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Accounting, Auditing, Information Systems Management, Computer Science, Informatics, or a related field or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience in SOC compliance, Security, Compliance Consulting (advisory capacity) in support of a highly technical environment.
• 5+ years of experience performing and/or participating in technical assessments in direct support of a major compliance effort (e.g., SOC 1, SOC 2, other)Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), or a similar certification

While performing the duties of this job, the employee uses his/her hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, or crouch; talk or hear. The employee uses computer and telephone equipment. Specific vision requirements of this job include close vision and distance vision. Must be able to travel by plane and automobile.

For this position, the expected base pay range is $105,000.00 - $135,000.00 Annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, certifications, and geographic location, in accordance with applicable laws and company policy.
