Position Title: Packaging

Packaging Responsibilities: - Prepare packaging materials and supplies for production - Package, label, sort, and inspect finished products - Verify products and packaging are correct before they move to the next stage - Perform visual quality inspections and remove defective or damaged products - Stack, organize, and stage completed products for storage or shipment - Keep packaging materials supplied to the workstation - Assist with general production and material-handling tasks as needed - Maintain accurate and organized work areas - Follow proper procedures when operating or assisting with production equipment - Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining consistent speed and attention to detail - Clean work areas and equipment as required - Follow all applicable company safety and quality requirements Requirements for Packaging: - Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment - Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods - Ability to lift and move materials and finished products as required - Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues - Ability to follow written and verbal instructions - Dependable attendance and punctuality - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Willingness to learn new packaging processes and equipment -- Commitment to workplace safety and product quality - Previous manufacturing, packaging, assembly, or material-handling experience is helpful IND036 QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
