Overview
The supervisor is accountable and responsible for the daily operations and all staff who are assigned to manage the Carle Financial Assistance Program and other uninsured discount programs. Supervises operations of the department to ensure high quality and cost effective department performance in accordance with organizational goals and priorities. This position is responsible for knowing all of the job functions under the Accounts Receivables Representative positions that report to this position and must be able to perform those functions with efficiency and high quality at any time. The primary goals of this position are ensuring efficient management of the Carle Financial Assistance Program and other uninsured discount programs, enhancing the patient experience, preventing aging of receivables beyond the acceptable time frame and maintaining strong vendor partnerships. Accountable for personnel related duties that include job performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, payroll, productivity reporting, quality assurance, continuing education, overall job performance and enforcing required rules and regulations. In collaboration with manager, responsible for the hiring and termination processes. Compensation and Benefits The compensation range for this position is $24.28per hour - $40.55per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
