Position Title: Production Operator Wage: $17.00/Hour Shift: 1st Shift Hours: 5:00 AM - 5:00 PM Thursday - Saturday Reached a dead end at your current job? This position supports daily production by handling label rolls, assisting with machine operations, and preparing finished products. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and performing repetitive lifting throughout the shift. Production Operator Responsibilities: - Load and move rolls of labels to and from production lines - Stack finished label rolls at the end of machine lines - Monitor production and report issues to supervisors - Inspect products for quality and accuracy - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area - Follow all safety and production procedures - Perform other production duties as assigned Requirements for Production Operator: - Basic English communication skills - Ability to lift and move label rolls throughout the shift - Ability to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks - Reliable attendance and punctuality - Manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but not required QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
