Fortress Nutrition is growing-and we're looking for driven, reliable individuals to join our high-speed Beverage Canning team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up consistently, and wants to be a valuable part of a team that produces high-quality products at scale. *Work 4 days, enjoy a 3-day weekend every week-and if you want extra income, optional overtime is available with opportunities for double pay!* Schedule: Monday - Thursday: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM 3-day weekends (Friday-Sunday) Training: Monday - Thursday: 2:00 PM - 2:00 AM What You'll Do Set up, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain high-speed canning line equipment (filler, seamer, packaging, shrink wrapper) Monitor production to ensure efficiency, quality, and minimal downtime Act with urgency to quickly address line or equipment faults Identify and escalate mechanical issues to Maintenance when needed Follow all safety standards, GMPs, and sanitation practices Support team operations through overtime as needed Perform all other duties as assigned What We're Looking For Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED 2+ years of machine operating and troubleshooting experience Ability to read, write, and communicate in English Reliability, accountability, and strong work ethic Ability to work additional hours if needed based on business demands Must operate with a high sense of urgency at all times. This role requires constant monitoring of equipment and immediate response to machine faults or slowdowns. Failure to act quickly can stop the entire canning line. Individuals who are not attentive, proactive, and fast-moving in addressing issues will not be successful in this role. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in food, beverage, bottling, canning, or other regulated environments Knowledge of GMPs, food safety, and quality standards Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 12 hours per shift) Occasional lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 50lbs Bending, kneeling, climbing, and operating machinery Use of hands for handling tools, equipment, and controls Pay & Benefits Starting Pay: $20.00+ per hour (with higher starting rates offered based on experience and qualifications) Late Shift Premium + $1.00 Double Time Pay for 50+ hours/week + ANY weekend work Benefits Include: PTO Package with Carryover Option Paid Holidays Medical, Dental & Vision (Affordable Family Coverage) HSA with Company Contributions Company-paid Life, AD&D, Short- & Long-Term Disability 401(k) with strong company match Employee Assistance Program Referral Bonuses And more Ready to Apply?
