A successful Manufacturing Engineer will impact the business by

• Managingsmall to large scale projects to achieve timely improvements to SQDC (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost) metrics
• Drivefacility's lean culture by supporting business process improvements through Continuous Improvement events
• Assessand eliminatesafetyrisksin the manufacturing environment and drive improvements to ergonomicsthroughout the production process
• Establish production run rates, balance standard work, create smooth flow of material and finishedproduct
• Improve product qualityby building quality control and mistake-proofing into the manufacturing process
• Drive cost reduction through improved labor efficiency, improved material utilization, reduced defect rates
• Implement product changes through ECO process and support new product launches

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree inManufacturingEngineering or Related Field
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite, primarily Excel, Project, Outlook; & AutoCAD
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles

Environment

• Primarily in a Manufacturing facility with split focus between an office environment and production floor
• Periodic work outside core business hours may be required during key businessprojects
• Less than 10%travel
