ERP Sales Executive

Location: Omaha, NE; Fargo, ND; Sioux Falls, SD; Irvine, CA or other Eide Bailly markets

Work Arrangement: Remote / Hybrid (near Eide Bailly location)

Typical Day in the Life

Please note - this position is day-to-day remote, but candidate preferred locations in Eide Bailly markets. Applicants not physically located in one of these locations will be considered in exceptional circumstances.

A typical day as an ERP Sales Executive might include:

• Proactively developing and leading sales opportunities through prospecting, qualifying, solutioning, and closing ERP solutions in the midmarket business industries.
  
• Demonstrates effective understanding of target audience including industry knowledge and key business issues Eide Bailly's partner ERP solutions can address, industry trends, and competition.
  
• Proactively interacts through face to face meetings as well as phone/email communications to key prospect up to and including C-level executives.
  
• Builds product and consulting services knowledge of ERP solution offerings as well as continuously developing sales skills.
  
• Displays effective research techniques to uncover valuable information about prospects that will have high impact on lead qualification.
  
• Interacts by phone and email with key personnel up to, and including, C-level executives.
  
• May plan, promote, participate in and represent the Firm in events and community organizations where potential sales opportunities may be identified and developed.

• Achieving individual revenue and quota targets
• Building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline
• Expanding analytics and data platform opportunities within named accounts
• Leading consultative sales motions aligned to Microsoft technologies
• Following Eide Bailly sales, compliance, and operational processes

Who You Are

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of consultative sales or business development experience
• A natural hunter with strong discovery, storytelling, and closing skills
• Self-motivated, collaborative, and energized by complex solution selling
• Excellent executive communication and relationship-building skills

Benefits and Compensation

Our compensation philosophy emphasizes competitive and equitable pay. Eide Bailly complies with all local/state regulations regarding displaying salary ranges. Final compensation decisions are dependent upon factors such as geography, experience, education, skills, and internal equity.

Salary: $100,000 - $145,000 depending on experience/location/level. Position also includes generous commission structure.
