Loan Operations - Imaging Specialist II

As an Imaging Specialist II, you will be imaging new and renewed Consumer 1-4 Residential Family and Commercial loan files including prepping, scanning and indexing as well as imaging Consumer 1-4 Residential Family and Commercial paid release packets, and monitor and work requests from the Loan Operations BMW Files e-mail group mail box. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including downloading and uploading of original and renewed electronic files from Capital Stream to Vision Content, includes transfer, converting documents and indexing, ensuring all original documents are secured in fire proof cabinets overnight that have not yet been imaged, and updating and maintaining the Loan Origination Log of all loan files assigned that have been imaged.

Additionally, Imaging Specialist IIs are expected to complete subpoena request by providing loan files (original loan file or PDF file) to the legal department, and work requests to provide loan files to the compliance department. You are expected to complete monthly compliance training within deadlines; follow internal processes and controls as required, build a great rapport with clients and fellow associates, and treat others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position.

All associates are expected to maintain current knowledge and consistent compliance with regulations and bank policies and procedures related to the position, including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) requirements.

Minimum Requirements: To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications.

*High school diploma or equivalent.

*3+ years of relevant job experience.

Desired Qualifications: To be considered an ideal candidate, you should possess some of the following qualifications:

*5+ years of relevant job experience

*Skill and knowledge to perform all functions of the Imaging Specialist II

*Prior imaging experience preferred

Work Environment:

*Office setting with traditional hours.

*Sitting for extended periods of time (typically no longer than 8 hours).

*Must be able to work at a rapid pace for long periods of time (typically no longer than 8 hours).

*Must be able to work overtime to the extent necessary.
