| Posting Summary |
Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey is seeking a temporary Research Assistant for the Institute for Health, Health Care Policy and Aging Research. This position involves providing direct support of ongoing research projects at the Center. Studies may include those studying off-label drugs, cancer, and a wide-range of topics under the field of pharmacoepidemiology.
Among the key duties of the position are the following:
- Provides research-specific support to PIs.
- Supports all aspects of a study - including, but not limited to: conducting scientific literature reviews, analytic support, abstraction support, working on off-shoot grant proposals, providing scientific support to regulatory documentation, creation of code lists and data tables, and providing project support.
- Supports projects by focusing on the tasks directly related to completing funded research projects, and/or providing support towards the science elements of grant submissions.
- Assists with grant submissions, protocol and manuscript development.
