Licensed Therapist- Burlington, MA

Family Counseling Associates of Massachusetts, part of Optum Behavioral Care, is seeking a Licensed Clinical Therapist to provide outpatient mental health services to a diverse patient population. In this role, you will assess, diagnose, and treat behavioral health and substance use concerns using evidence-based therapeutic approaches while working within a supportive, collaborative care environment.

• Conduct mental health and substance use assessments
• Provide individual and family psychotherapy services
• Utilize evidence-based treatments, including CBT and DBT
• Monitor treatment progress and adjust care plans as needed
• Maintain EMR documentation and support patient outreach initiatives

• Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
• Active, unrestricted Massachusetts LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT license
• Experience providing psychotherapy and behavioral health treatment
• Ability to maintain accurate clinical documentation and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
