Looking for Warehouse Equipment Operator jobs in Mt Juliet where every shift keeps products moving? This opportunity lets you handle materials safely, support warehouse operations, and help ensure inventory reaches the right place at the right time.

• Operate warehouse equipment including Reach Truck, Cherry Picker, and Dock Stocker.
• Handle daily receiving and distribution center operations.
• Retrieve, transport, and store products in designated warehouse locations.
• Load and unload trailers, containers, and palletized freight.
• Use SAP scanners, tablets, and warehouse technology to complete tasks.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and production efficiency standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve routine operational issues.
• Keep the receiving area clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow all company policies and OSHA safety requirements.
• Assist other departments and leadership with assigned tasks as needed.
• Work independently and as part of a team to meet operational goals.
• Maintain dependable attendance and schedule flexibility, including overtime when required.

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse or material handling training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• 1+ year of warehouse equipment operating experience.
• Previous experience in an LTL/TL shipping environment.
• Basic understanding of SAP Warehouse Management Systems.
• Ability to pass OSHA-certified written testing and equipment evaluations.
• Ability to pass PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) training.
• Ability to accurately identify products, labels, inventory locations, and shipping documentation.
• Knowledge of safe material handling practices and workplace safety procedures.
• Ability to operate pallet jacks or other material handling equipment as required.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and dependable work habits.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution experience is preferred.
• Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, or warehouse management systems is beneficial.
• Knowledge of inventory control procedures, warehouse documentation, or Lean warehouse practices is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate reliability, teamwork, attention to detail, and safe work habits are well positioned for success as a Warehouse Equipment Operator.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive material handling tasks throughout the shift.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to safely move products using manual or powered material handling equipment.
• Ability to work efficiently in warehouse or manufacturing environments while following established safety procedures.
