About the Opportunity: We are seeking a Process Technician 3 to support the implementation, training, and ongoing operation of Lam's Global Lab Manufacturing Execution System (MES). In this role, you'll become a subject matter expert on the MES platform, providing training, user support, testing, and operational assistance to lab teams across global locations. APPPLY TODAY What You'll Do: Become a subject matter expert on the Global Lab Manufacturing Execution System (MES). Support classroom-based MES training sessions for laboratory personnel. Provide one-on-one coaching and user assistance during training activities. Deliver hands-on MES training within laboratory environments. Provide technical support to global lab users through remote communication and support tools. Assist users with system questions, troubleshooting, and process guidance. Work closely with software development teams to test new features, enhancements, and system releases. Execute testing activities utilizing simulators and production equipment when required. Document issues, feedback, and opportunities for process improvements. Support ongoing MES adoption and operational excellence initiatives. Job Requirements What You'll Bring: 3+ years of experience within the semiconductor industry preferred. 2+ years of experience using Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or similar manufacturing software platforms. Experience providing user support, technical assistance, or operational guidance. Experience training employees through classroom instruction, on-the-job training, or informal coaching. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, email systems, and basic business software. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to quickly learn new software systems and technical processes. Ability to work independently while supporting users across multiple locations. What Sets You Apart: Semiconductor manufacturing or laboratory operations experience. Prior experience supporting Manufacturing Execution Systems in semiconductor environments. Experience developing or delivering technical training programs. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities. Experience working with software testing, validation, or user acceptance testing activities. Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to users with varying levels of experience. Strong customer service mindset and attention to detail. Experience supporting global users across multiple regions and time zones. Additional Information: Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check. Overtime: May be required based on training schedules and business needs. Training Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Assigned Shift After Training: Front-End Days Shift, Sunday-Tuesday and every other Wednesday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
