EXPERIENCE Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role: 1-3 years of hands-on experience supporting IT Infrastructure. Understand enterprise level network and collaboration concepts. Working knowledge of network protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, CCTV, etc. Working knowledge of low voltage/structured cabling technologies and concepts. Excellent documentation and project management skills. Possess strong written and verbal communication skills. Possess strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems (or related field), or equivalent work experience. Travel 50-60% Permanent Benefits eligible
